Scones and Honey Butter


Preparation time: 20 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Yield: 20 scones

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen rolls
Vegetable oil
Butter: 3 cubes butter (1 ½ cups)
¾ cup honey

Directions:

  1. Soften butter but do not melt. Beat honey and butter together until fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Place rolls on plate and microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Stretch dough out and shape like a small pancake.
  4. Fry in vegetable oil until browned on each side. Place on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
  5. Serve with honey butter
