Ingredients:
Filling:
- 1/2 cups sliced peaches
- 3 T brown sugar
- 3 T whole wheat flour
- 3 T orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 5 T cooking oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil a 9x13 baking pan.
- Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl and pour into pan. In the same bowl, combine topping ingredients. Pour over fruit.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Top with vanilla ice cream or serve over yogurt.
