Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 3 Tbsp mini, semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl until they come together in a sticky ball.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out 16 balls onto a cookie sheet or muffin tin.
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes before storing in the refrigerator for up to one week.
