Ingredients:
- 1-15 oz can of pumpkin puree
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 whole graham crackers
- 4 chocolate bars
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Place pumpkin and cake mix into a large mixing bowl, stir until well combined. Transfer half of the mixture into the baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with 4 graham crackers and 4 chocolate bars. Then top with marshmallows, spreading evenly.
- Scoop remaining dough over marshmallows with a medium sized cookie scoop.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
- Serve at room temperature.
