Pumpkin S'more Bars


Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Total time: 40 minutes
Yield: 12 bars

Ingredients:

  • 1-15 oz can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 whole graham crackers
  • 4 chocolate bars
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place pumpkin and cake mix into a large mixing bowl, stir until well combined. Transfer half of the mixture into the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  3. Top with 4 graham crackers and 4 chocolate bars. Then top with marshmallows, spreading evenly.
  4. Scoop remaining dough over marshmallows with a medium sized cookie scoop.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
