Yield: 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cube margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 cups quick oatmeal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Combine margarine, milk, sugar, and cocoa in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat; then remove from heat.
- Combine oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Add oatmeal mixture into sauce pan and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cook until firm.
