Swedish Pancakes



Prep time: 5 minutes                     
Total time: 30 minutes                     
Yield: 12 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs        
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients into a mixer or bowl. Heat a pan on medium heat. Pour batter into individual pancakes when pan is preheated.
  2. When pancakes have multiple bubbles, flip to cook other side. Both sides should be golden brown when done.
  3. Serve with fruit, syrup, and whipped cream. Enjoy!
