Total time: 30 minutes
Yield: 12 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
Directions:
- Combine ingredients into a mixer or bowl. Heat a pan on medium heat. Pour batter into individual pancakes when pan is preheated.
- When pancakes have multiple bubbles, flip to cook other side. Both sides should be golden brown when done.
- Serve with fruit, syrup, and whipped cream. Enjoy!
