Ingredients:
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1-8 oz. wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce OR 1 fresh pear, diced
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
- Rosemary
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 24 mini muffin yield pan. Spread out crescent roll dough onto the counter top and cut into 24 squares. Place a square in each muffin spot.
- Cube Brie into 24 squares and place in cups on top of the dough. Spoon a couple cranberries or pears on top of the cheese, sprinkle with chopped pecans, then top with a couple leaves of rosemary.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan.
- Transfer to serving dish and enjoy!
