Ingredients:
- 4 salmon filets, about 1 ½ lbs.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
- 2 Tbsp Canola oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Mix marinade ingredients in a plastic bag. Add the salmon and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the salmon and the marinade in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until just flaking, do not overbake.
- Serve over rice with your favorite vegetables.
