Ingredients:
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger or 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 to 1 ½ lb. pork tenderloin
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- ¼ sesame seeds
Directions:
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in large plastic bag. Add tenderloin. Marinate at least 2 hours.
- Combine honey and brown sugar in a shallow bowl.
- Remove tenderloin from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Roll tenderloin in honey mixture then roll in sesame seeds.
- Roast in shallow pan at 375°F for 20-30 minutes, or until meat thermometer registers 160.
