Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ¼- ½ cup butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Melt butter in pan in oven, don’t burn.
- Beat eggs, milk and flour until well blended. Pour egg mixture into melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with syrup, fruit, homemade jam, or whipped cream.
