Lemon Bundt Cake


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 30-40 minutes                 
Total time: 1 hour                           
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix                     
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream                               
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ½ cup warm water                                           
  • 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding mix

Directions:

  1. Mix together cake mix, eggs, sour cream, apple sauce, water and pudding mix. Do not over beat.
  2. Pour into buttered and lightly floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
  4. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar, or frost.
Lemon Frosting

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients:
  • Lemon instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cool whip
Directions:
  1. Make lemon pudding mix according to instructions on box.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Add 2 cups cool whip and mix well.
  4. Spread over lemon cake.
