Yield: 1 pot roast
Ingredients:
- 1 pot roast
- 2 cups water
- 1 pkg. Lipton Onion dry soup mix
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 lb. carrots, diced
Directions:
- Spray slow cooker and place pot roast in it. Pour in water. Add vegetables. Sprinkle in soup mix over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and falls apart. Cook on high if Roast is frozen.
