Ingredients:
- 5 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup Crisco
- 2 cup buttermilk
Directions:
- Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in Crisco into dry ingredients then add buttermilk until good consistency.
- Flour a working surface and roll dough out into round tortillas. Fry each tortilla individually until bubbling and golden brown on each side.
- Place in a Ziploc bag with a cloth towel to keep them warm until serving.
