Chicken Fajitas



Preparation time: 20 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
Yield: 6 fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Oil
  • 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 pkg. Fajita seasoning mix
  • Toppings: Sour cream, cheese, tomatoes
  • Tortillas

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet - add oil and cook chicken - you can season with salt and pepper
  2. Once chicken is cooked place onto a plate
  3. Add onions and peppers - cook until veggies are soft
  4. Add chicken back into the mix
  5. Add skillet sauce and cook for about 10 minutes over medium/low heat
  6. Serve hot with tortillas and desired toppings
