Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 cube of butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (one pack)
- Crush Oreo's and mix with melted butter. Press on bottom of spring-form pan. Put in refrigerator.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 60 seconds, stir, melt another 30 seconds, stir, etc. until they are melted. Set aside.
- In another bowl beat 2 whole eggs. Set aside.
- Separate 4 egg whites and 4 egg yolks. Beat egg yolks. Beat egg whites until frothy (makes peaks).
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar.
- Now beat melted chocolate with 2 beaten eggs. Add 4 egg yolks and mix.
- Alternate folding in a spoonful of cream with a spoonful of egg whites until mixes.
- Pour in crust and let sit in fridge overnight.
- Serve with more whip cream, berries or cool whip.
