Cream Cheese Brownies


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 45 minutes
Total time: 1 hour
Yield: 48 brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter; mix in sugar and eggs. Add flour and vanilla.
  3. Spray 9x13 inch pan and spoon in the brownie mixture. Layer with cream cheese mix. Swirl brownie and cream cheese mixture together.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
