Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1-10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 4 cups spinach (optional)
Directions:
  1. Follow directions on package for cooking noodles.
  2. Place beef and diced onion in a skilled and cook until beef is no longer pink and onion starts to soften. 
  3. Add mushrooms. Cook for about 2 minutes or until mushrooms start to lilt. 
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and coat beef mixture. Add yogurt to thin the soup. 
  5. When beef mixture is bubbling, add spinach and stir in until wilted. 
  6. Serve over egg noodles.
