Ingredients:
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1/4-1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cumin
- 1 small jar Green Spanish olives, cut small
- Pillsbury biscuit dough
- Egg yolk
- Brown hamburger with onion.
- Add chili powder, cumin and green Spanish olives cut.
- Fill in Pillsbury biscuit dough: Flatten out circle and fill with about 1-2 T hamburger mix. Pinch edges and then fork them to seal.
- Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
