Chicken and Egg Noodle Casserole


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Yield: 1 casserole, 12 servings

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups (12 oz.) eggs noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup butter flavored crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter
Directions:
  1. Prepare egg noodles. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper.  
  3. Add cooked, cubed chicken and cooked noodles.  
  4. Put into a greased 9 X 13 pan.  
  5. Crush butter flavored crackers and put on top of casserole.  Melt butter, and drizzle on top.  
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
