Total time: 20 minutes
Yield: 12 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup Karo light syrup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1- 14 oz. can condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 12 cups popped popcorn
Directions:
- In a large sauce pan over medium heat, bring the brown sugar and Karo syrup to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Let set up for 1 minute then add butter, condensed milk, and vanilla. Stir until smooth, a few minutes.
- Pour the caramel over the popped popcorn and stir until all the corn is coated.
- Best served fresh.
