Hawaiian Haystacks



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 5 hours and 10 minutes
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
  • 1-8 oz pkg low-fat cream cheese 
  • 1 can of creamed soup (mushroom or chicken)
  • 1 packet dry Ranch seasoning 
  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked Jasmine rice
Optional toppings: 
  • Chow mein noodles
  • Green onion 
  • Tomato
  • Green pepper
  • Pineapple
Directions:
  1. Put cream cheese, soup, and seasoning packet in slow cooker. Add chicken and cover.
  2. Cook on low or 5-6 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
  4. Add sour cream to soup and mix well. Add chicken back in.
  5. Warm for about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm over rice with desired toppings.
