Ingredients:
- 1-8 oz pkg low-fat cream cheese
- 1 can of creamed soup (mushroom or chicken)
- 1 packet dry Ranch seasoning
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cooked Jasmine rice
- Chow mein noodles
- Green onion
- Tomato
- Green pepper
- Pineapple
- Put cream cheese, soup, and seasoning packet in slow cooker. Add chicken and cover.
- Cook on low or 5-6 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Add sour cream to soup and mix well. Add chicken back in.
- Warm for about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm over rice with desired toppings.
