Ingredient:
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz. jar of marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups of walnuts or pecans (optional)
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
- Heat a heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Combine butter, evaporated milk, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Take off the heat. Pour sugar mixture over chocolate and marshmallow mixture. Stir until well incorporated. Stir in nuts if desired.
- Line a 7x11 pan with tin foil. Pour fudge into the lined pan and let cool to room temperature. Store in the fridge.
