Peanut Butter Bars


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
Yield: 2 jelly roll pans

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cup butter
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Spread onto 2 jelly roll pans.
  3. Bake 325°F for 8 minutes. Do not brown.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over each pan. Allow to melt then spread over crust and let cool before serving.
