Yield: 2 jelly roll pans
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup butter
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Spread onto 2 jelly roll pans.
- Bake 325°F for 8 minutes. Do not brown.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over each pan. Allow to melt then spread over crust and let cool before serving.
