Peanut Butter Fudge



Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Yield: 24 squares

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1-13 oz jar of marshmallow cream
  • 1-28 oz jar of peanut butter
  • 1-12 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
  1. Heat a large sauce pan to melt butter half way.
  2. Add both sugars and evaporated milk. Stir until smooth.
  3. Bring to a rapid boil over medium heat. Once a good steady boil (about 5 minutes) let it thicken slightly.
  4. Take off heat and add vanilla, marshmallow, and peanut butter and stir 150 times to mix well and pour into a slightly greased, 9x13" pan.
  5. Let cool. Cut into squares and serve.
