Ingredients:
- 12 Frozen rolls
- Oil for frying
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
Toppings:
- Shredded lettuce
- Tomato, diced
- Shredded cheese
- Green onion
- Cilantro
- Jalapeno
- Olives
- Lime
- Sour cream
- Guacamole or avocado
- Salsa
Directions:
- Thaw rolls.
- When thawed, heat oil over medium high heat in a medium pan. Combine two rolls into one and roll out into a large disk, about 1/4 inch thick. Fry bread one at a time until cooked through and golden brown. Place on a prepared plate with paper towels to drain.
- Heat another pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain. Add taco seasoning and refried beans to the meat. Stir until well incorporated.
- Serve by taking the fried bread and topping with the meat mixture, lettuce, tomato, cheese and any other desired toppings.
