The Perfect Cornbread


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Yield: 12 large pieces

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 1/2 box yellow cake mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients then combine together. 
  3. Grease 9x13 pan. Pour batter into the pan.
  4. Cook for 45 minutes or until edges become golden brown.
  5. Serve with butter and honey.
