- 6 thawed chicken thighs
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Marinate chicken thighs in BBQ sauce for at least 45 minutes.
- Heat grill to the low setting.
- Pound to even out thighs. Grill for 6 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.

Ingredients:
- 4 russet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F
- Mix oil, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Coat eat potato in seasoned oil.
- Place potatoes into air-fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, rotate to other side, and cook for another 30 minutes. No need to pierce the potato with a fork.
- Serve hot with sour cream and cheese.
German Cucumber Salad
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.
- Add the cucumber to the bowl with the dressing. Mix everything well. Serve immediately.
