Grilled Barbecue Chicken


Preparation time: 45 minutes
Total time: 1 hour
Yield: 6 chicken thighs

Ingredients:

  • 6 thawed chicken thighs
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in BBQ sauce for at least 45 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to the low setting.
  3. Pound to even out thighs. Grill for 6 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve hot.

Air-Fryer Baked Potato

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
Total time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Yield: 4 baked potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat air-fryer to 400°F
  2. Mix oil, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Coat eat potato in seasoned oil.
  3. Place potatoes into air-fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, rotate to other side, and cook for another 30 minutes. No need to pierce the potato with a fork.
  4. Serve hot with sour cream and cheese.

German Cucumber Salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 large cucumber
Dressing:
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.
  3. Add the cucumber to the bowl with the dressing. Mix everything well. Serve immediately.
