Ingredients:
- ½ stick butter, softened
- ⅓ cup parsley
- ½ cup fresh herbs of choice
- ½ small onion, minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 8-inch baguette
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix the butter, Italian seasoning, herbs, garlic, and cheese until smooth.
- Slice the baguette in half, lengthwise, then spread the butter mixture evenly on the two pieces.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Then broil for 5 minutes.
- Let cool then cut the two large halves into 8 slices. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
