Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 oz. whipping cream
- White or cayenne pepper
- 8 oz. homogenized milk
- 2 pkgs. (20 oz.) frozen corn
Directions:
- Melt butter, add flour and cook them together for about a minute or two.
- Add whipping cream, milk, salt, sugar, and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add enough corn to make it the consistency you want it (not too much corn, but enough that it isn’t soupy) and heat through.
- Very popular at Thanksgiving!
