Ingredients:
- 6 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
- 1 head Romaine, cut into strips
- 6-8 large strawberries hulled and quartered
- 1 avocado peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- Strawberry and or Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
Directions:
- Combine spinach and Romaine in a bowl. Toss with dressing until leaves are lightly coated.
- Arrange the strawberries and blueberries in a bowl. Add the avocado and top with Parmesan and almond slices.
- Serve with more dressing, if desired.
