Cheesecake Supreme



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Total time: 1 hour 30 minutes + time for cooling
Yield: 10-12 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4-8 oz. pkg.s of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour 
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine nuts, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 10-inch springform pan. 
  2. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust. 
  4. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F, continue baking for 1 hour.
  5. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. 
  6. Top with fresh fruit or fruit sauce just before serving.
