Christmas Cookies


Peppermint Crunch Dark Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Chill time: 1 hour
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Yield: 2 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

  • 15.25 oz. Chocolate cake mix (or 1 box)
  • 10 oz. bag of Hershey's peppermint kisses, chopped
  • 1 large candy cane, chopped (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Canola Oil

Directions:

  1. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  2. Stir in the chopped kisses and candy cane.
  3. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Drop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
