Peppermint Crunch Dark Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Yield: 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
- 15.25 oz. Chocolate cake mix (or 1 box)
- 10 oz. bag of Hershey's peppermint kisses, chopped
- 1 large candy cane, chopped (optional)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Canola Oil
Directions:
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Stir in the chopped kisses and candy cane.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Drop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
