Ingredients:
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 cups chopped ham or chicken
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup flour
Directions:
- Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
- Mix all ingredients together and put in 2, 10-inch quiche pans.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until knife stuck into center comes out clean.
- Serve hot.
