Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 chicken breasts, cut into strips or cubes
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4 oz. Parmesan cheese, divided
- 5 oz. croutons garlic
Directions:
- Mix olive oil, red pepper, and crushed garlic/ garlic powder. Drizzle on a 9x13" pan.
- Lay chicken on top of oil. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the chicken.
- Layer the croutons on top then the rest of the cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with pasta.
