Christine's Best Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bake time: 9 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
Yield: 8 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 Large eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Cream peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth. 
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, and powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time. Mix until everything is incorporated.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.  
  4. Bake at 375°F for 9 minutes. 
  5. Let cool for 2 minutes on the pan before removing to cooling rack.
