Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 Large eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cream peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, and powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time. Mix until everything is incorporated.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 375°F for 9 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes on the pan before removing to cooling rack.
