Discada

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 4 Hot dogs, diced
  • 3 Jalapenos
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • Chorizo
  • 1/3 cup Green salsa
  • Cilantro, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Dash of salt

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, fry chorizo. 
  2. Once the chorizo is fried, put the hot dog with green salsa in with the chorizo. 
  3. In another frying pan, cook the ground beef with oil. Once it is no longer pink, drain, then add onion and jalapeno. 
  4. Once onion is tender, add the tomato. 
  5. Combine chorizo mixture with the ground beef mixture. 
  6. Serve in homemade tortillas and top with cilantro, more salsa, and fresh lime juice.
