Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 4 Hot dogs, diced
- 3 Jalapenos
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- Chorizo
- 1/3 cup Green salsa
- Cilantro, to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Dash of salt
Directions:
- In a frying pan, fry chorizo.
- Once the chorizo is fried, put the hot dog with green salsa in with the chorizo.
- In another frying pan, cook the ground beef with oil. Once it is no longer pink, drain, then add onion and jalapeno.
- Once onion is tender, add the tomato.
- Combine chorizo mixture with the ground beef mixture.
- Serve in homemade tortillas and top with cilantro, more salsa, and fresh lime juice.
