Ingredients:
- 9 inch unbaked pie crust
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 ½ cups pecan halves
Directions:
- Melt and allow to cool unsalted butter
- Whisk together light corn syrup; light brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract. Add melted, cooled butter, and slightly beaten eggs. Add pecan halves.
- Pour into pie crust. Cover the edges of pie crust with loosely tented aluminum foil. Place pie on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and then chill before serving.
