Slow Cooker Cheesy Tortellini Soup

Cook time: 4-6 hours
Total time: 4-6 hours
Yield: 6-8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1-14 oz. bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2-14 oz. cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 1 small bag fresh spinach
  • 1 block of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 lb. of Italian ground sausage
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Brown the sausage, drain. 
  2. Add sausage, tomatoes, spinach, and chicken broth to slow cooker. 
  3. Cook on low for 3-5 hours.
  4. Add in cream cheese and tortellini cook on low for 1 hour. Stir to incorporate. 
  5. Serve hot.
