Ingredients:
- 2 cups red cherry or grape tomatoes
- halved
- 2 cups yellow cherry or grape tomatoes
- halved
- 2 large avocados
- pitted, peeled and diced
- 8 oz. mini mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- chiffonade
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
- Prepare salad and place ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients until cohesive. Drizzle over salad.
