Fresh Peach Pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
  • 4-5 peaches, sliced
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Sweetened whipped cream (or extra creamy Cool Whip)
Crust:
  • 7 crushed graham crackers
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
  1. Prepare crust by combining ingredients and pressing onto the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. Layer in the sliced peaches. Set aside.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk with lemon juice and spread over peaches.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
*Don't make too far in advance. Can be served immediately or refrigerated several hours.
