Ingredients:
- 1 lb. steak*
- 4-6 Tortillas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder, or more, to taste
- Shredded cabbage
- Guacamole
- Shredded cheese
- Onion (thinly sliced)
- Tomatoes
- Lime juice
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, lime juice, canola oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. In a gallon Ziplock bag or large bowl, combine marinade and meat. Marinate for 1-4 hours, turning over occasionally.
- Heat a large skillet with oil over medium heat. Cook meat with a little marinade and thinly sliced onion to the desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with tortillas and topped with desired toppings.
*Notes: Flank Beef, Walmart has a great Stir Fry Beef, thinly sliced
