- 1 cup warm milk, 115°F
- 1 packet fast acting yeast
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1/3 cup melted salted butter, cooled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 stick softened salted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup softened salted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- Mix dough ingredients in the mixer until combined with paddle. Swap out for the dough hook and mix on low to medium speed for 5-7 minutes.
- Take sticky dough out of the bowl and put in a greased medium sized bowl. Cover and place in a warm place for an hour.
- Mix the filling.
- Use a floured rolling pin to roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 24x15 in size. Spread on the filling mixture. Roll up and cut with a knife into no more than 12 rolls. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour heavy whipping cream evenly on the rolls.
- Bake at 375°F. Cover with foil for the first 25 minutes of baking. Take off foil and bake for another 15 minutes or more, if needed.
