- 4 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened

Directions:
- Mix flour and baking powder in a small mixing bowl. Add in yogurt and mix with a spoon or by hand until a dough forms. Place dough on a floured surface and press into a thin sheet.
- In another bowl, mix together the cinnamon, sugar, butter and blueberries until a paste forms. Spread the paste over the dough. Roll the dough and cut into mini cinnamon rolls.
- Place in a small, greased, oven safe dish and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
