Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 banana (the more ripe, the better)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined.
- Pour batter into a greased, oven safe baking dish. Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes then enjoy!
