Angel Hair Pasta

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. angel hair pasta
  • 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, slivered
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (can also use shrimp)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz. Artichoke hearts
  • 1 bunch asparagus tips, steamed
Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. Mongolian Fire Oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
  1. Cook pasta and drain.  
  2. Add all ingredients together, toss with pasta.
  3. Mix together all ingredients for sauce.  Mix well.  
  4. Pour over pasta, toss and serve.
