Ingredients:
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
 - 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
 - 1 green onion, chopped
 - 1 red pepper, slivered
 - 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (can also use shrimp)
 - 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
 - 4 oz. Artichoke hearts
 - 1 bunch asparagus tips, steamed
 
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
 - 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 tsp. Mongolian Fire Oil
 - 1 tsp. ginger
 - 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
 
Directions:
- Cook pasta and drain.
 - Add all ingredients together, toss with pasta.
 - Mix together all ingredients for sauce. Mix well.
 - Pour over pasta, toss and serve.
