Ingredients:
- 2 steaks, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of broccoli, stems trimmed
For the Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
For Serving:
- Steamed white rice
- Sesame seeds
Directions:
- Steam the rice for serving and prepare the sauce.
- Steam the broccoli for 3-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, saute the steak until cooked to the desired temperature. Add the steamed broccoli and sauce to the pan and stir fry until the steak and broccoli are evenly covered with the sauce.
- Serve over white rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
