Ingredients:
- Spinach and cheese tortellini OR frozen gorgonzola gnocchi
- 2 bratwurst or sausage of choice, sliced into coins
- 1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
- Ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, brown the sausage and drain. Set aside. Cook the Brussels sprouts in 1 Tbsp. of olive oil. Add the sausage back in.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sausage and sprouts. Add pepper, to taste.
