German Pasta


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:
  • Spinach and cheese tortellini OR frozen gorgonzola gnocchi
  • 2 bratwurst or sausage of choice, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
  • Ground pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, brown the sausage and drain.  Set aside.  Cook the Brussels sprouts in 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.  Add the sausage back in.
  3. Drain the pasta and add it to the sausage and sprouts.  Add pepper, to taste.
