Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic
- Steamed rice, for serving
- Vegetables, for serving (i.e. mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper)
Directions:
- Combine the sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bag. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least two hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 40-45 minutes, or an hour if the chicken is frozen.
- Serve the chicken over steamed rice with your favorite sauteed vegetables.
