Cinnamon Rolls


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 30 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Yield: 5 cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnabon cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
  1. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.  Drizzle 1/4 cup heavy cream on the bottom of the dish.  Set the cinnamon rolls on top of the cream.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container then stir in the brown sugar and vanilla until it forms a caramel sauce.  Pour this sauce over the cinnamon rolls.  Pour the remaining cream over the top of the rolls.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Melt the cream cheese frosting and drizzle over the top of the rolls.
  5. When serving, scoop caramel sauce from the bottom of the pan and drizzle on top.
