Yield: 5 cinnamon rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnabon cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Grease a 9x9 baking dish. Drizzle 1/4 cup heavy cream on the bottom of the dish. Set the cinnamon rolls on top of the cream.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container then stir in the brown sugar and vanilla until it forms a caramel sauce. Pour this sauce over the cinnamon rolls. Pour the remaining cream over the top of the rolls.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Melt the cream cheese frosting and drizzle over the top of the rolls.
- When serving, scoop caramel sauce from the bottom of the pan and drizzle on top.
