Ingredients:
- 4 cups of pasta of your choice
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 Tbsp. basil
- 1/3 cup cheese of choice
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, saute your onions and garlic for about 5 minutes. Then add in your bell peppers and saute for another 5 minutes.
- Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
- Pour over your choice of pasta and enjoy!
